In this project, cloth bag dust removal process is adopted. Under the original air volume, 450,000 m3/h is increased. The original new No.3 converter flue is separated by steel plate, the lower part is used to draw out the flue gas of the converter roof, and the upper part is used to draw out the flue gas of small high span. At the same time, the edge of the smoke collecting hood in the workshop is widened to reduce the smoke escape; The skylight of the small high span roof is closed on three sides, and one side is connected with the converter flue. In terms of noise reduction, the outlet of the fan is set up with a muffler, the fan and the motor are set up with a soundproof room, and the pipe between the outlet of the dust collector and the fan is covered with glass wool.
